Overview
Our company offers a cash on delivery (COD) service to ensure a convenient shopping experience for our customers.
However, we kindly ask that you inspect the product carefully at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery person. If the product meets your expectations and is in good condition, please proceed with the payment. Once the product has been accepted and the payment made, we regret to inform you that any complaints or requests for refunds will no longer be considered. We encourage you to thoroughly check the item before completing the transaction to avoid any issues.
Conditions for Exchange & Return:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of flaws. Trying on the product for fit is allowed.
- The product must have its original tags attached.
- Requests for exchanges or returns must be made within 3 days of purchase.
- Items must be returned in original condition with the receipt/invoice and packaging, including barcode tags.
- The exchanged product must be of equal or greater value. If a lower-priced item is selected, no refund will be given for the price difference.
What if I lose the money receipt/tags/barcode?
- If you lose your receipt or invoice, we can still consider an exchange. In such cases, you will need to provide the contact number associated with your purchase so we can verify your purchase history. However, please note that the exchange offer will no longer be valid if the tags or barcode are irreparably damaged or bent.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund, following our Return and Refund Policy. Contact Customer Support first, then return the product within 15 days. If the issue is on our side, we will cover return shipping; otherwise, you will be responsible for it. Keep proof of postage and include a reference number when returning the item, as we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, store credit will not be issued.
